Flow
In agile practices Flow is associated with an elevated state of mind allowing for higher personal and team performance. It is associated with intensified focus and concentration on the present subject matter, an enlarged sense of personal control and mastery, which eventually leads to a feeling of being so engrossed in the experience that other needs become negligible. The concept was first described by the Hungarian-American psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in his book ’From Finding Flow‘. If you are interested in crating a work environment in which people are in the zone of ‘Flow’ contact Prometheus-Innovent Ltd.
